How do I place an order?
We try to make the ordering process as simple as possible. You can choose the products you want and
add them to your cart. Once you have added everything you wanted, go to Checkout. You'll be asked to
fill out your personal information required for us to process your order, you will be presented with
the available shipping options and their respective cost, and will be able to choose your preferred
payment method. You will then be able to confirm your order.
Once you confirm the order and make payment, you will receive our confirmation email. We will also
email you when your order is shipped.
Do I need an account to place an order.
No. Our system allows Guest Checkout. Please note that you will still need to fill out the same
information required for us to process your order.
Creating an account is free and without any obligations. It allows you to re-order much faster next
time, see your orders history or track your orders. We will NOT send unsolicited emails nor special
offers just because you have an account.
Who should I contact if I have any queries?
Our customer service is at your disposal Mon-Fri 8:30am-7:30pm and Sat-Sun: 9:30am-4:30pm. We can be
reached by telephone or email. Please allow up to 2 business days for an email reply (although we
normally reply much faster).
How can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel or make any changes to your order, you may do so before the order is shipped.
Please contact us by phone to make sure your request is processed on time. Depending on the changes
you're making to your order, additional shipping costs might incur.
