I have a Tea company an have been ordering from " Floridaa Herbal Pharmacy" over a year now.I've always received my items in a good turn around time with delivery. This last order I messed up, an when I called. 1st very impressed I spoke with a person..No press 1 for this, or Press 2.after explaining my issues, the man tried for a hour too help, when we hung up he ensured me he would look into the problem an get back to me. I know we've all heard that before, I didn't expect anything back. This man called back that day.It took a calls an he never gave up. Then when I received my order I was GIVEN a FREE item..Now who still does kind things like this " Florida Herbal Pharmacy" does. That made it possible for me to be able to make my costumers satisfied. Thank you
