Domestic Shipments

The Florida Herbal Pharmacy ships via the U.S. Postal Service. Packages will be shipped by First - Class Mail and Priority Mail. We make every effort to ship orders within 48 hours of the following business day However, orders arriving on or just prior to weekends or holidays will take longer. Once shipped, orders travel to destination addresses via USPS and are subject to their delivery time frames.

Foreign Shipments

The Florida Herbal Pharmacy ships internationally through the United States Postal Service. Delivery times will vary by destination, but most take between 5-10 days. International packages will be shipped by Priority Mail International with the exception of low weight packages being sent to Canada and Mexico. These packages will be sent by First Class International. Please click here to view shipping charges. All prices shown are in U.S. dollars. Additionally, please note that free shipping on orders over $75 does not apply to orders shipping to international addresses.

Returns

• If possible, please return items as soon as possible.
• Write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely, and send it to the address on the back of the packing slip.
• If you do not have your packing slip, please include the reason for return, along with your name, e-mail address, and phone number (so we may call you with questions) and send the package to the following address:

• A credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes will be applied to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless a result of an error by Florida Herbal Pharmacy.
