Shipping Information

How do you ship the product?
We ship all USA orders via USPS by Priority mail with delivery confirmation. For the detailed shipping information please refer to 'Shipping and Returns'.
How can I track my order?
How can I track my order? Once you place an order with us you will receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email within a few business days. Please allow up to 5 businesses for tracking status to appear in our system.
Do you ship internationally?

Payment Information

What payment methods do you accept?
We're currently accepting payments through PayPal. You can also pay with any supported credit or debit card directly on our site. A PayPal account is NOT required to complete your payment.
Is buying online safe?
Yes, it is! We use the industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to keep all of your data safe. Our website is continuously maintained to ensure we use up-to-date software. We do not store any sensitive data - all payment data is processed by our payment processor through secured communication channels and our system only stores the transaction ID provided by the processor.
State Sales Taxes
For all Florida Herbal Pharmacy purchases, sales tax will be charged where Florida Herbal Pharmacy is required by law to charge tax. We will charge the applicable City, County and State sales and or use taxes in the following states: Florida. Orders processed for all other US states do not require Florida Herbal Pharmacy to charge sales tax at this time.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an order?
We try to make the ordering process as simple as possible. You can choose the products you want and add them to your cart. Once you have added everything you wanted, go to Checkout. You'll be asked to fill out your personal information required for us to process your order, you will be presented with the available shipping options and their respective cost, and will be able to choose your preferred payment method. You will then be able to confirm your order. Once you confirm the order and make payment, you will receive our confirmation email. We will also email you when your order is shipped.
Do I need an account to place an order.
No. Our system allows Guest Checkout. Please note that you will still need to fill out the same information required for us to process your order. Creating an account is free and without any obligations. It allows you to re-order much faster next time, see your orders history or track your orders. We will NOT send unsolicited emails nor special offers just because you have an account.
Who should I contact if I have any queries?
Our customer service is at your disposal Mon-Fri 8:30am-7:30pm and Sat-Sun: 9:30am-4:30pm. We can be reached by telephone or email. Please allow up to 2 business days for an email reply (although we normally reply much faster).
How can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel or make any changes to your order, you may do so before the order is shipped. Please contact us by phone to make sure your request is processed on time. Depending on the changes you're making to your order, additional shipping costs might incur.
