Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis) is a plant native to Africa and Europe. Its use dates back thousands of years to ancient Egyptian and Greek times where it was used for herbal treatments. Directions:
Place a tablespoon of loose tea in a tea pot and pour with 6.8 oz. of boiled water. Place lid on and leave it to cool down. Sweeten tea with honey if desired. Drink one cup of tea three times per day.*
